We are a licensed general contracting company in Los Angeles, CA that focuses on residential new construction, remodels and additions. We offer a wide range of services, from custom concrete to masonry to flooring, and approach each project with individual thought and care to build the very best for you and your family.
We primarily service clients located in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Outside of California, we provide our services in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Our Services
New Construction
New construction projects are homes or buildings being built from the ground up. These are common in custom homes. For this type of project, you will need to go through in depth processes, such as building permits, soils report, surveys, etc. An architect, contractors, and subcontractors will be needed as well.
Remodel
Remodels are a change in structure or form. A home remodel changes the appearance, structure, and/or function of the space. Remodels generally involve building permits, demolition, carpentry, drywalling, plaster, electrical, plumbing, etc. An architect will typically come up with the plans for these projects, while we execute the construction.
Additions
Home additions add onto an existing structure (ie. guest house, bathroom). These projects generally require demolition but not as much as a remodel. For additions, you typically need an architect, contractor, and a building permit. You may also need an electrician, plumber, and mechanic depending on what you’re adding to your home.
